  • The Faire will take place on November 7th and 8th, 2026 at Ascarate Park by the Pavilion in El Paso, Texas.

  • While the Unseelie Court leans into the darker, more mysterious side of folklore, the daytime hours are suitable for all ages. We aim for a "PG-13" atmosphere. Spooky and atmospheric, but welcoming to young squires and changelings.

  • Costumes are highly encouraged but not mandatory! Whether you come in full plate armor, fae wings, or modern human "street clothes," you are welcome. However, those in costume may find themselves more easily swept up in the Court’s courtly intrigues.

  • We take steel seriously. All period weapons must be peace-bonded (sheathed and zip-tied) at the gate. No live steel may be drawn within the Faire grounds except by sanctioned performers during demonstrations. Props and weapons are subject to inspection at the gate.

  • Yes! Expect to see high-level HEMA demonstrations and choreographed bouts that showcase the true art of the blade.

  • October in the borderlands is beautiful but unpredictable. Days are usually warm and sun-drenched, while evenings can become quite chilly. We recommend dressing in layers and staying hydrated. We will have water throughout the human, light fae, and dark fae realms along with plenty of options for food and beverages.

  • While many of our merchants in the Shadow Court accept modern "plastic" and digital payments, the signal in the realm may be fickle. We recommend bringing at least some cash for smaller purchases and tips for the performers. We do not have ATMs on-site, however.

  • While we would love to see your beautiful familiars, only service animals recognized by the ADA are permitted within the Court. Please leave your hounds and critters at home for their own safety and the safety of our performers.
