The Borderlands Renaissance Faire is pleased to offer non-denominational wedding and commitment ceremony services throughout the Faire weekend.
Whether you dream of exchanging vows beneath the gaze of the Seelie Court, within the mystique of the Shadow Court, or amidst the bustle of the Mortal Outpost, our officiants can help create a memorable and unique ceremony surrounded by the magic of the Faire.
Our officiants offer their services on a “Love Offering” basis. Rather than a fixed fee, couples are invited to make a donation according to their means and the value of the experience.

Important Information for Legal Marriages
To perform a legal marriage in Texas, couples must obtain a valid Texas marriage license before the ceremony.
Marriage License Requirements
Couples should apply together at any Texas County Clerk's Office.
Please bring:
Valid government-issued photo identification
Applicable fees charged by the county
Any additional documentation required by Texas law
Waiting Period
Texas generally requires a 72-hour waiting period between issuance of the marriage license and the ceremony.
License Validity
Marriage licenses are generally valid for 90 days after issuance.
After the Ceremony
Your officiant will complete and sign the marriage license and return it according to county requirements.

Guests & Admission
All ceremony participants and guests must possess valid admission to the Borderlands Renaissance Faire unless otherwise specified by event organizers.
