Step through the veil and join us for the inaugural Borderlands Renaissance Fair, hosted in the desert beauty of El Paso, Texas, in November 2026. This year, the Unseelie Court holds sway, and we are seeking unique vendors and world-class performers to help us bring the Twilight Realm to life.

⚖️ Guidelines, Deadlines, & Refunds
  • Selection Timeline: All applicants will be reviewed by late July. If you are not selected or spaces fill up, a 100% full refund will be issued automatically on August 1st.
  • What's Included: Approved spaces include your designated footprint and admission passes for you plus one helper.
  • Power Policy: Quiet generators are fully permitted during operations if electrical access is required.
  • Compliance: Vendors must possess a valid Tax ID, Texas Sales Tax Permit, active Liability Insurance, and comply cleanly with all local health codes.
  • First-Time Vendors: Don't panic! We send out a comprehensive help guide right alongside your application setup email to walk you safely through the requirements step-by-step.
